The first thing you need to do is download the Mploy app from the iOS App Store. Once you have done that proceed to the steps below!
#1 - Open App
Open up the Mploy on your mobile device. You should see the screen below.
#2 - Create an Account
Create an account on the screen below. Be very specific about the skills you have. These can make or break someone reaching out to you regarding a position. The email is so potential employers can contact you!
#3 - Explore Potential Jobs
Explore potential jobs in either the scroll view or the map view. These two views can be toggled with the navbar on the botton of the screen.

#4 - Select Job & Reach Out!
Once you have found a job you are interesting in select it and you will be brought to the details screen below. This has more specific information about the job and a contact email for the employer. Craft an email regarding the posting and send it off! Be sure to include why you are interested in the position and why you believe you are the best fit for the job!

There are 2 main things you as a member of an organization seeking employees can do with the Mploy web app.
#1 - Post a Job Listing
Head over here when you are ready to post a job. This page will bring up a form (pictured below) for you to fill out to post a job listing. Please be as specific as possible when filling out the information (especially the JOB DESCRIPTION! ). This job posting will be available to be viewed by all candidates via the Mploy iOS app.
#2 - Search Candidates
Head over here when you are ready to look for candidates. This page (pictured below) brings up a grid layout of all the candidates who have created profiles with Mploy iOS. This is handy if you are searching for candidates with specific skills or background. Click on one persons box that interests and an email form will appear all set up and ready to go!
